I really like this “What are the things I say I value but don't act as if I value, and what would my life feel like on the inside if I actually acted as if I valued those things?” question. It’s a powerful way to steer yourself out of the assumptions we operate on often with little concern for reality.

I also like the accounting for what you’ve created. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves.

You’re so not alone here. On these musings of personal values & philosopy, it’s interesting how we value quiet time and freedom, yet need connection and creativity to grow. It’s no wonder getting out of our comfort zone is challenging as an introvert. This issue really opened my eyes to accept our paths as they truly are, while getting really clear on what matters the most to us and motivates us to grow... regardless of what that looks or feels like :)
